Job Scope:
Support development and execution of monthly marketing plans and campaigns
Coordinate campaigns across digital platforms and retail stores to ensure alignment
Plan, execute, and optimise campaign across Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEM/Display/YouTube)
Manage SEO/SEM, EDMs, and content marketing initiatives
Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and conversion
Collaborate with partners on co-marketing campaigns and digital promotions
Manage CRM activities, including email/SMS campaigns and customer database engagement
Work with retail teams to ensure proper customer data capture at stores
Communicate promotional plans clearly to retail staff for in-store execution
Ensure consistency across POSM, promotions, and customer messaging
Work closely with design team on marketing materials (digital and in-store)
Track performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
Any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in digital and retail environments
Background in e-commerce, retail industry or related is preferred
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in CRM / email / SMS marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)
Good communication and coordination skills
