He / She is responsible to coordinate regionally the APAC sub-regional Marketing & PR managers in order to guide the definition and supervise the execution of APAC Dealers marketing plans in accordance to the HQ/APAC guidelines and objectives. He/she also coordinates and manage CRM & Digital activities for the APAC Region.
RETAIL MARKETING, CRM & SALES FUNNEL MANAGEMENT
- Manage and support APAC sub-regional Marketing & PR managers providing them the guidelines and reporting activities tasks.
- Regularly review dealer's marketing plans to ensure their objectives and targets for the year are aligned with the overall HQ/APAC strategy.
- Coordinate and manage CRM in APAC and at dealer level.
- Work closely with APAC sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing plans align with sales objectives
- Ensures that APAC and dealer plans are respected and results are in line with given targets
- Create innovative regional dealer marketing initiatives
- Ensure all processes are monitored and lead/client management procedures are in line with company guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive co-op/co-brand programs in alignment with HQ brand extension team and ensure smooth and successful implementation.
- Supervises the correct application of brand guidelines
- Steer dealers in prospecting activities and leads generation as well as ensuring they understand what is required in Sales Funnel in order to align marketing plan with sales target
- Share feedback on CRM system and work together with HQ for solutions where necessary
- Supervise the implementation of new systems (CRM, Reporting) and ensure all dealers are aligned with HQ requirements.
- Supervise all activities related to data collection are properly performed by dealers and field managers to ensure accurate input of customer data into Lamborghini Key
- Train and provide regular support to Marketing & PR managers and APAC dealers
- Coordinate new projects with impact on dealers (i.e. new Owner's club)
- Collect & Organize customer data survey in order to build a consistent system of customer profiling
- Customer data analysis profiling: segmentation, target group, purchase profile, loyalty level, spending pattern, customer lifetime value
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Define & deploy a strategic digital marketing strategy and plan for APAC in alignment with APAC sales bjectives and HQ guidelines
- Coordinate with local Marketing and PR managers to ensure digital marketing plan are implemented effectively at dealer level.
- Work with HQ Digital Communications team to manage the information flow locally (e.g. IG, twitter, FB, LinkedIn, Weibo, Wechat, RED, Kakao, Line, local official page, etc.) and to coordinate the promotion of local events through corporate communication channels e.g. Unica App
- Review effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and share feedback with HQ
- Compile and share best practices
- Coordinate with HQ and agency for content creation and digital marketing campaign for APAC to support leads generation, building brand/product awareness and increasing engagement rate
