Retail Designer

We're looking for a concept-driven Designer to join our Singapore studio.

This role is ideal for a designer who loves developing ideas from scratch - turning briefs into retail concepts and bringing them to life through compelling visualisation and spatial storytelling.

You'll work on global consumer brands across retail environments, collaborating with a talented global team to design experiences that connect with shoppers.

Please include a portfolio showcasing your concept development and 3D design work.

What you'll do

• Develop creative retail and brand concepts from brief to visualisation.
• Create sketches, mood boards, presentations and 3D renders to communicate design ideas.
• Translate client briefs into compelling spatial and retail design solutions.
• Contribute ideas that enhance shopper experience and engagement.
• Recommend materials and design approaches with an understanding of construction techniques.
• Participate in internal workshops, presentations and creative pitches.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years experience in retail, interior, architecture or experiential design.
• Strong knowledge and application of 3D design and visualisation software.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and concept development.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication and construction techniques.
• Sketching ability is viewed favourably.
• Experience working with global consumer or luxury brands is a bonus.
