Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising & Store Environment
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across all retail stores
- Improve in-store display, product styling, and overall store presentation
- Ensure brand consistency and elevate customer experience through VM execution
- Regularly review and optimize store layouts and product zoning
2. Store Design & Renovation
- Work with external contractors and interior design vendors on store renovations and upgrades
- Translate brand guidelines into physical retail environments
- Oversee design execution, materials, and finishing quality
- Manage timelines and ensure smooth project delivery
3. Graphic Design
- Develop offline marketing materials (e.g., in-store signage, brochures, POSM)
- Create digital assets for online channels (e.g., website, social media, campaigns)
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual outputs
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in retail design, VM, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing both spatial (VM/store) and graphic design work
- Experience working with retail environments, preferably in furniture or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of store planning, materials, and production processes
- Experience managing external vendors and contractors
- Ability to work independently in a lean team environment
- Strong sense of aesthetics, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in furniture or home/living retail industry
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD)
- Experience in multi-store retail operations
