Retail & Customer Experience Sales Associate (Healthcare Products) HDC

Step into a customer-focused role where every interaction makes a difference. You will be part of a dynamic retail environment supporting customers with healthcare-related products, ensuring they receive attentive service and a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
. Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store, delivering a positive and approachable service experience
. Assist customers in locating suitable products based on their needs and preferences
. Maintain well-organised and properly stocked shelves, ensuring merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately
. Support daily inventory activities including stock arrangement and basic stock control processes
. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale
. Respond to customer enquiries with clarity, professionalism, and product knowledge
. Contribute to overall store upkeep and smooth daily operations

Requirements:
. Minimum PSLE, GCE N/O Levels or equivalent
. Training will be provided for all product and operational knowledge
. Enjoys interacting with people and delivering good service
. Able to start work within short notice
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
