We're looking for someone with a genuinely good attitude-someone fun, friendly, proactive and takes pride in everything they do-to join our team as a Retail Brand Educator.
First things first: you would need to know and understand the brand, and embody our values. This is crucial because you are now the first physical touchpoint of a customer's journey with the brand. If you have a keen eye for detail, appreciate patterns and colours, think with your head and act with your heart, then you may just be the person we are searching for.
Since we are a small brand and team, sometimes our roles get mixed up, and we each wear more than one hat! That means, you aren't just a body operating our physical space you are a member of our team, and every member has the ability to effect change and reach our collective aim of delivering kindness and joy through our brand. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is recommended but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, thoughtful inventory management and stock replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries
Delivering excellent in-store customer service to enhance overall customer experience
Supporting in the execution of in-store activities, events or campaigns
Assisting the team with any other assigned ad-hoc duties
Reporting to Retail & Community Manager & Founding Brand Director
Skills & Requirements:
Impeccable customer service skills
Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a collaborative team player
Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend
Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn
Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English to ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand storytelling
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Minimum commitment period of 6 months
