Position
We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Brand Ambassador - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.
Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries
- Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
- Executing in-store activities, events or campaigns
- Supporting the team with assigned ad-hoc duties
- Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
Skills & Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a strong team player
- Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend
- Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn
- Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
