We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our retail beauty team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, retail operations, and sales within a fast-paced shopping mall environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
- Learn to understand customer needs and support product or treatment recommendations
- Support daily store operations including housekeeping and stock replenishment
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays to maintain an attractive store environment
- Uphold the company's brand image and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (roster-based)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
