Retail Associates (Cake Shop)

Job Description:

• Basic $2000
• Meal Allowance & Sales Incentive entitlement
• 5 days work week
• Weekly schedule of 44 hours
• Location Raffles

Job Scope:

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth running of the store
• Provide excellent customer service and handle cake orders/collections.
• Handle cashiering, cake packing, and opening & closing duties.
• Prepare daily sales reports, reconcile sales, and order stock from the central kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and resolve customer issues when necessary.
