Retail Associate (Yoga)

Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + VB + Commission
Working Hours: 5 Days, 44 Hours (Retail Hours)
Location: Central

Job Scope:

. Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer feedback effectively
. Promote the brand's products and contribute to increasing sales
. Maintain a tidy, organized store, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing
. Lead and mentor team members, providing training and support as needed
. Plan and manage team schedules and daily operations efficiently
. Handle cashier duties, generate reports, and ensure store policies are followed
