Join Cash Converters as a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and maintain store presentation in a dynamic secondhand retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers to provide a positive shopping experience
- Promote products actively to maximize sales opportunities and meet daily sales targets
- Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
- Maintain merchandise and product displays to ensure a neat, attractive store presentation
- Perform housekeeping tasks to keep the store clean and uphold the company's image
- Adapt to retail work hours including weekends and public holidays to support store operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Audio/Visual Equipment to assist customers effectively
- Familiarity with Computer Equipment to provide informed product advice
- Understanding of Photographic Equipment to support customer inquiries
- Awareness of Jewellery and Fine Watches to enhance sales conversations
- Willingness to undergo training to acquire product knowledge if lacking
