Job Summary
You will manage daily shop operations at our Jewel Changi Airport outlet, including sales, stock management, customer service, and shop opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop the shop floor at the end of each day to maintain cleanliness
- Tally daily sales and perform end-of-day settlement accurately
- Take stock and reconcile inventory with sales records to ensure accuracy
- Open the shop and set up the POS system to prepare for daily operations
- Load stock and tally it against sales to maintain inventory control
- Sell cakes, cookies, and other products to customers while providing friendly service
- Answer customer enquiries clearly and helpfully to enhance customer experience
- Pack cakes carefully for customers to ensure product quality during transit
- Close the shop at the end of the day following standard procedures
