Job Description
. Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
. Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets.
. Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store.
. Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
. Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
. Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.

Requirements
. Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in a dynamic environment.
. Sales and customer-oriented.
. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

. Chinese speaking is a must to cater to Chinese tourist groups.
. Working hours: 44 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours.
