As a Retail Associate (Pharmacy), you will be responsible for the following duties:-
- Ensure punctual opening with systems operational, cash float prepared, and the store in good order.
- Monitor patient queues and take proactive steps to reduce waiting times.
- Actively promote weekly specials and apply plus-selling techniques at the counter.
- Operate the cash register and manage cash transactions accurately per pharmacy procedures.
- Monitor levels, replenish shelves, and ensure all products are stored in appropriate, saleable condition.
- Process goods receipts, inter-branch transfers, error reports, and participate in stock takes.
- Maintain cleanliness across all store areas and safeguard stock, premises, and information at all times.
- Maintain daily sales records, perform SAP data entry, and assist in generating monthly reports.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and conducting briefings for in-store promoters.
- Participate in workplace improvement projects and carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE N or O level
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
