Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily task is as follows:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
• Assessing customers needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
• Using Consulting sell techniques to increase store sales
• Promote brand loyalty programs, Flexi-Plan and services
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to and stocks are replenished and displayed at all times
• Participating in stock-take
• Any other duties assigned by your superior.
