Responsibilities:
- Help customers find products that meet their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers.
- Maintain accurate POS system data.
- Support daily store tasks like cleaning and restocking shelves.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and store operations.
- Perform other tasks as needed by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Retail and Fashion is preferred
- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
- Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
