• Drive Sales:Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing sales strategies.
  Maintain control over discounts and discontinued products.
  Ensure all sales transactions follow operational procedures.
  
• Deliver High Service Standards:Stay updated on product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
  Follow brand standards, company policies, and the Code of Conduct.
  
• Maintain Retail Excellence:Perform store opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
  Keep the store neat, tidy, and visually appealing.
  Monitor inventory and minimize stock losses.
