About the Role

  • We are seeking passionate Retail Associates to join a renowned luxury fashion house known for premium craftsmanship and elevated service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised styling and product recommendations
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support daily store operations: replenishment, VM, housekeeping
  • Handle cashiering and after-sales support
  • Maintain high service and brand standards

Requirements

  • Retail or fashion/luxury experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and PHs
