Role Description

We are seeking a Retail Associate for a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Retail Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining the store's organization and visual presentation. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, handling transactions, and contributing to the team's overall performance by fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a friendly and approachable presence with customers
• Experience in customer-focused service and delivering positive customer experiences
• Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining organization within retail environments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
• Passion for fashion and familiarity with sustainable or minimalist design concepts is a plus
• Relevant experience in retail operations or customer service is advantageous
