Retail Associate (Fashion Retail)

Our client is a well-established Singapore home-grown fashion label recognised for its contemporary designs, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. They are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join their retail team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fashion, styling, and building meaningful relationships with customers in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised, and professional customer experience.
• Understand customers needs and provide styling and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge, including garment features, fit, and fabric details.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Support day-to-day retail operations and contribute positively to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium retail.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
