Retail Associate

Delugs is a Singapore-based, digitally native brand in the world of watch straps and accessories, known for our dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, service, and community.

We're looking for a Retail Associate to join the team at our Flagship Boutique in Raffles Hotel - the home base for how we bring the Delugs experience to life in person. You'll be part of a small, tight-knit retail team where everyone knows each other's strengths and pitches in. The environment is casual and friendly, but we take the craft of great service seriously. Job Description:

• Responsible for Delugs boutique operations
• Provides excellent customer service and creates a memorable in-store customer experience consistent with our brand image
• Able to quickly familiarise with the product range, and proactively assist customers with their needs and queries
• To operate the POS efficiently and maintain high standard of accuracy
• Processes exchange and returns
• Responsible for boutique visual merchandising standards
• Routine stocktake to ensure inventory accuracy
• Manages customer service channels
• Executes retail activation plans and events
• Maintain general cleanliness of the boutique

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail industry is preferred. Keen interest in the luxury watches industry, or willing to learn
• Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in English.

Working hours:

• Full-time Sales Associate must commit to 4 full weekday shifts (10.30am-8pm) and one weekend shift (10.30am-8pm)
