Your Role

. Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming environment

. Handle checkouts quickly and accurately using POS systems

. Heat and serve ready-to-eat items safely and neatly

. Keep counters clean and shelves stocked

. Share promotions and upsell with confidence

. Be a steady, positive presence on the shop floor.
