Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting cheeses and wines based on their preferences
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Handle cashier duties, POS and process transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Support in-store tastings and promotional events
Requirements:
- Relevant experience is an advantage, junior staff are welcome to apply (training provided)
- Interest in food especially cheese and wine
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude and team player
- Basic knowledge of cheese, wines and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and hygiene standards
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week (44 hours) with 1 weekend off in one month
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
