What You'll Be Doing
- Stay informed about current product lines and outlet promotions to assist customers in finding the best deals and styles.
- Maintain your assigned area by keeping shelves stocked, organised, and neat, ensuring products are easy to locate.
- Deliver a welcoming and efficient shopping experience by being approachable, helpful, and solution oriented.
- Communicate effectively with team members and assist with stock replenishment and transfers to keep inventory flowing smoothly.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude, creating a positive impression for every customer.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG, is advantageous.
- A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
