Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Singapore. The Retail Associate will welcome customers, provide product information, and guide collectors in selecting items that match their interests and needs. Daily responsibilities include managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining store displays, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with inventory counts and restocking. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and supporting in-store events or promotions that enhance the customer experience.

Hiring: Retail Associate Full-Time / Part-Time available (Able to commit minimally 3days per week.)

Shift work required (Includes weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations & Cashiering

- Handle daily opening and closing of store accounts, balancing the POS (Point of Sale) system, and daily cash float management.

- Process customer transactions accurately via the POS system (cash handling, PayNow, Nets, and credit cards).

- Inventory & Stock Management, Process incoming new inventory, verifying stock amounts against invoices to ensure accurate counts.

- Conduct regular stock-taking (inventory audits) to ensure physical stock matches system data perfectly.

- Sort, organize, and restock display shelves and high-value glass showcases neatly.

- E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment, Support the back-of-house operations by picking, securely packing, and preparing online orders for daily shipping.

- Customer Experience & Lounge Maintenance, Assist walk-in customers, collectors, and parents with purchases, answering questions, and offering product recommendations across various TCG/Sports card sets.

- Keep the retail floor and customer gaming lounge presentable, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Job Requirements

- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

- Previous experience in retail sales, hobby/card shops, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred, but candidates with zero experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

- A personal interest or basic understanding of TCGs (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, Weiss Schwarz, Riftbound) or Sports Cards (NBA, Soccer, MLB) is highly advantageous.

Commitment: Must be comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (when major tournaments and product releases occur).
