Retail Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Assistant to support our daily store operations. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible retail work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide friendly service

• Operate POS system and handle transactions

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are well-stocked

• Assist with restocking and basic inventory handling

• Support during peak periods, new product launches, and promotions

• Handle basic customer enquiries

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• Responsible and punctual

• Able to commit to shifts on weekdays and/or weekends

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts (minimum 3-4 days per week preferred)

• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (shift-based)

• Weekend availability preferred
