We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented Part Time retail associate to ensure smooth running of our in-store retail operations at TANGLIN MALL, Singapore.
Expected Job responsibilities include -
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin (optional).
- Ensuring on time opening and closing of the store. Following retails hours strictly.
- Pleasant, patient and approachable personality towards all customers coming into the store.
- Monitoring customer activities to providing help and suggestions when necessary or asked, informing all clients about ongoing promotions and deals and processing customer orders at cashiers desk.
- Taking care of visual merchandising for best display of products at all times. Keeping the store clean, tidy and well arranged is a must.
- Able to pick up and learn operations of the store and POS system.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to communicate successfully with all customers.
- Addressing and resolving customers inquiries in a professional manner.
- Performing daily & monthly cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness at all times.
Salary/benefits - Competitive fixed compensation + Sales Commission
