Retail Assistant (Part Time)

Job Description & Requirements

. Achieve sales profitability by proper product planning according to customer needs and managing cost and shrinkage well.

. Responsible for end-to-end operations of the store.

. Maintain high level of customer service, merchandizing and housekeeping standards .

. Manage customer feedback and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

. Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising and marketing campaigns

. Responsible for ordering and receiving stock, maintaining efficient inventory levels.

. Administrative documentation, paperwork and banking duties.

. Analyse store performance with profitability and recommend areas of improvement

. Including retail assistant duties such as Cashiering, Stock Replenishment as and when required.

. Do paperwork (Declaration, Receiving, Ordering, RTV, IBT)

. Perform services such as Singtel and DHL.

At least 18 years old due to sale of liquor.
