Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
- Support the team in providing a positive in-store experience
- Answer basic product enquiries and assist in consultations where appropriate
- Complete sales process and packaging for purchases
Job Requirements:
- Ability to commit at least 1 shift per week
- Working hours 11am to 8.30 pm with 1 hour break, up to $15 per hour depending on experience
- Well-spoken with clear and professional communication
- Good grooming and presentation to reflect the brand's aesthetic
