Our client is a MNC in FMCG Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Retail Assistant to be part of their Retail Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Duties of Merchandiser:
- Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and basic sales support
- Perform paint tinting based on DO/Pick Lists and customer requirements, ensuring colour accuracy
- Organise, display, and replenish products to maintain a neat and appealing store environment
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to housekeeping and safety standards
- Support daily retail operations and stocktaking activities
- Handle loading and unloading of goods safely to prevent damage
- Operate tinting machines and equipment, reporting any faults when necessary
- Ensure proper documentation for tinted items, stock movement, and customer orders
Requirements:
- Possess retail or customer service experience with paint tinting
- Comfortable with 5.5 days work week
