Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Assistant role located in Marine Parade. The Retail Assistant will assist with daily store operations, including sales and customer support, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, handling transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. The role requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors
• To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
• To be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.
• To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner
• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure a positive interaction with every shopper
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with both customers and team members
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales, with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Additional language skills or familiarity with fashion trends is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous

Requirements:

1. Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
2. Language: English & Chinese Mandarin 
3. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays Good team player, can-do attitude and self-motivated

Salary:

Full-Time Retail Assistant - S$2500 to S$3000
