Retail Supervisor (OG People's Park Department Store)
Working Area: Department Store: OG People Park
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and offer tailored recommendations.
- Handling sales transactions / cashiering duties
- Achieve monthly, seasonal, and store sales targets.
- Exceed customer service KPIs and sales standards.
- Capture customer data to build relationships and personalize future sales.
- Follow up on sales and client inquiries.
- Teamwork with the team in a positive, supportive environment.
- Maintain store visual display standards in line with GOLDLION guidelines.
- Assist with daily operations, including stockroom organization
- Other ad-hoc retail operations duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level or above
- Preferably with experience in fashion retail or customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow up effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- MUST Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and at various locations in Singapore.
