We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant at Pioneer Centre to manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a hardware and household goods environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries about hardware and household products to enhance their shopping experience
- Pack and double-check items carefully to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors
- Stock, shelve, and organize hardware supplies to maintain inventory readiness
- Operate backend POS systems efficiently to manage sales transactions
- Support logistics by assisting with goods movement and maintaining a clean, organized retail space
- Maintain composure and effectiveness during busy or urgent periods
- Apply strong attention to detail to avoid mistakes in order fulfillment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to support smooth operations
- Use digital systems and POS software confidently to complete daily tasks
