About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a leading kitchen lifestyle brand to hire a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will engage customers through interactive product demonstrations, support store operations, and deliver an enjoyable and inspiring shopping experience for culinary enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
. Engage customers and share the benefits of smart kitchen solutions through product demonstrations . Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customers cooking experience . Support daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment . Assist in visual merchandising and ensure displays align with brand standards . Participate in in-store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities . Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment . Handle transactions accurately and provide excellent after-sales service
Job Requirements
. Passion for cooking, food, or kitchen innovation . Experience in retail or F&B is an advantage . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Confident in engaging customers and demonstrating products . Positive attitude and a team player in a fast-paced environment
