As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying customers needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective product promotion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive store environment.
- Support daily retail operations, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash, card, POS, and e-commerce transactions.
- Assist with inventory control, stock-taking activities, and product price updates.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE N or O level
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service, ideally within the fashion industry.
