Retail Assistant

$2,000 to $2,500 basic pay with commission and 13 month bonus on top

• No sales experience welcome. Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
• N/O/A Level, ITE, Diploma, Bachelors in any field
• Progression to Manager level
• Jewellery sales
• Full Time position
• 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts

The Role:

Our client, a jewellery retail store, is looking for a Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in our retail stores
• Assist customers with the right product selection and drive sales
• Attend to customers enquiries
• Work towards sales and achieve monthly sales target
• Cashiering duties
• Stock replenishment and stock taking
• Basic PC data entry
• Basic housekeeping duties
• And any ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum N/ O/ A Level or ITE, Diploma of any field
• No Experience Required
• Strong passion for customer service
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Sales oriented
• Strong language skills in English and any other languages
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Able to commit on weekends and retail hours and public holidays

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ 11 am to 9.30 pm
• Location : JEM
• Annual Leave: Starting from 11 days
