- Area Manager oversee day-to-day operations of 2 retail store
- Retail Manager oversee day-to-day operations of 1 retail store (big)
- Retail Assistant Manager oversee day-to-day operations of 1 retail store (small)
- Monitoring and managing stock inventory
- Motivate/ build teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and a good working environment
- Driving and leading team to ensure sales KPIs are achieved
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and perform regular check and ensure store's cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Building long-term relationships with clients. Managing conflict resolutions and client complaints
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient user in MS office software and POS system
- Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customers
- Honest and disciplined and have a friendly disposition
- Good team player with good working attitude
- Retail sales & management experience preferred
- Retail Area Manager Remuneration Package: Basic $2880 + Personal Sales Commission + 2 Shops Target Achievement Com
- Retail Manager Remuneration Package: Basic $2680 + Personal Sales Commission + Shop Target Achievement Com
- Retail Assistant Manager Remuneration Package: Basic $2480 + Personal Sales Commission + Shop Target Achievement Com
