We are looking for Retail and Event Channel Admin Executive to support the Consumer business.
Make an Impact by
- Raising PO/SO/invoices for purchases thru AcuBuy, ROU and SAP APEX
- Monitoring OPEX and Capex expenses
- Handling BPC entries for OPEX and CAPEX budget
- Managing OLA and contract terms with vendors / suppliers
- Following up with suppliers and AP to ensure timely payments
- Support in ad-hoc procurement or vendor sourcing
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
- Updating org charts and team distribution lists
- Overseeing uniform inventory and movements
- Management of system access rights for Retail & Events staff and managers
- Managing email distribution lists, including application, updates, and team list maintenance
- Overseeing asset management and condemnation process
- Calendar and meeting coordination
Skills For Success
- Diploma or O levels .
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
