Key Requirements
. Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced retail environment.
. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
. Solid understanding of retail operations, client management, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
. Results-driven with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
. Travel Required
