Retail & E-Commerce Executive

COMPANY OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations

• Support daily retail store operations.

• Deliver professional customer service and product recommendations.

• Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately.

• Assist with product merchandising and store presentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow-up requests.

• Support order processing and customer service activities.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock reconciliation.

• Conduct stock-taking and replenishment activities.

• Coordinate stock movements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure inventory accuracy across retail and online channels.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Manage and update online product listings.

• Coordinate online orders and fulfilment processes.

• Create and post content across social media platforms.

• Participate in video content creation, product showcases, live streams, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor and respond to online customer enquiries.

• Support digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Administration

• Prepare sales and inventory reports.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Support management with ad hoc projects and business initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, E-Commerce, or related disciplines.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

• Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
