Company provides modern Chinese food. We is going to set up 3rd outlet and needs to hire shop manager. The details as below:
Job Responsibilities:
- Build customer service standard/ SOP for all outlets.
- Monitor service SOP well executed and standardized in all outlets.
- Discuss with marketing manager to create and execute promotion and marketing events.
- Monitor and maintain good food quality and provide feasible customer feedback to kitchen. Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for the customers.
- Prepare monthly management report including P&L analysis and staff performance review.
- Be the 1st-in-charge of the new store to oversee and ensure smooth daily operations
- Control labour through effective manpower scheduling and monitor leave of staff
- Actively involved in hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions
- Handle all store administrative duties
- Assist customer service when lack of manpower.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excelleent in English and Chinese mandarin
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills able to build lasting relationships with guests.
- Possess good organizational and management skills able to lead and inspire staff
- Ability to develop drink & dessert menu is a plus
