Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and support the smooth running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain high customer satisfaction standards, and ensure operational excellence while supporting business and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow during service hours
  • Supervise staff performance, attendance, and work schedules
  • Lead and motivate the service team to maintain high productivity and professionalism
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall outlet presentation according to company standards
  • Ensure proper service procedures and operational standards are consistently followed
  • Assist customers with menu recommendations and service support when required
  • Support outlet sales initiatives and help achieve business targets
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Train and guide new staff on service standards and workplace procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Solid knowledge of POS systems and staff scheduling
