Job Summary
Seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Service Crew to support daily restaurant operations and deliver excellent customer service in a busy dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Deliver attentive and friendly service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient order processing and timely food delivery
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and safety to uphold hygiene standards and a pleasant environment
- Assist in training new staff to maintain consistent service quality and operational procedures
- Manage customer feedback constructively to improve service and resolve issues effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar restaurant or food service role
- Residing in or near Sembawang, Woodlands, or Yishun preferred for convenient commuting
Other Information
- Working hours: 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm on weekdays
- Weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday): 10:00 am to 10:00 pm with a 1.5-hour break
