Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, ensure service quality standards are maintained, and support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Guide and monitor service staff to maintain service quality standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily operational activities
- Monitor inventory and assist with operational requirements when necessary
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Follow food safety procedures and company policies
- Support staff training and team coordination activities
- Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
