Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, ensure service quality standards are maintained, and support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Guide and monitor service staff to maintain service quality standards
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally
  • Coordinate staff schedules and daily operational activities
  • Monitor inventory and assist with operational requirements when necessary
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Follow food safety procedures and company policies
  • Support staff training and team coordination activities
  • Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience in staff supervision and team coordination preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
