Restaurant Supervisor (Islandwide)

Our client is a leading retail company in the F&B industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their operation team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They have island-wide location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager/Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet
• Ensure guests needs are met and suggest promotional items
• Take responsibility for all cash handling in the Manager's absence
• Train, coach, and guide new and existing staff to uphold Harry's standards
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• Communicate operational issues and provide feedback to the Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the outlet

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of servicing experience in F&B industry.
• Minimum GCE N or O level.
• Comfortable with retail working hours
