Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor, also known as a Guest Experience Supervisor, located in Chip Bee Gardens, Singapore. The Guest Experience Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer hospitality, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
