Job Description & Requirements

1. Restaurant Operations: Support daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

2. Team Management: Assist in leading the staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring everyone performs well.

3. Customer Service: Ensure all customers are happy and handle any problems quickly.

4. Inventory: Keep track of inventory and order supplies to avoid running out.

5. Food Safety: Follow health and safety rules to keep the restaurant clean and safe.

6. Cashiering: Assist with managing the budget, handling cash, and supporting financial tasks.

7. Staff Training: Help train new employees and support ongoing staff training.

. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.

. Strong leadership and communication skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
