Job Description
We are looking for service-oriented and motivated Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
Requirements:
- At least secondary school education
- Able to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays
- Able to stand for long hours and carry light items
- Team player and willing to learn
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory

- Full-Time
- Shift-based, including evenings, and public holidays
- 5 to 5.5 working days per week (for full-time)
Salary
- SGD $ 2600 - $3200 per month (commensurate with experience)
