Job Description

The Restaurant Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. This role involves managing the team, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Plan staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
  • Control inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels
  • Ensure proper cash handling and oversee daily sales reconciliation
  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the outlet
  • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues
