Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of at least two brands to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Continuously review and enhance brand performance through regular cost analysis and process monitoring.
- Improve operational efficiency across outlets by providing strong leadership aligned with the organization's service culture and customer satisfaction goals.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistent service quality and full compliance with company SOPs and guidelines.
- Maintain high product and service standards by conducting regular evaluations, addressing customer feedback, and implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and develop area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and service teams to optimize workforce utilization and performance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operations, from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor/ Manager role in F&B Industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
